I think I'm not creative. Is it possible to change that conviction?

Convinced you’re not creative? Start with the Creative Study.

  1. Start with the first 2 Modules: Acknowledge and Play.
    Finishing Create and Momentum is wonderful (but only if you’re still doubting)
  2. once you’ve finished the first two modules, you can start with the other courses as well.
  3. Still feel not creative enough? Reach out to me!

I'm easily overwhelmed and need a way to let go

  1. Sit down. Think WHAT overwhelms you.
  2. To much IN your head? Start with Free your Happy Art and create something. Even when it’s small it helps you to get a fresh perspective.
  3. Feel POWERLESS? Start with The Creative Superheroes Toolkit. Get help from your personal Superhero.
  4. Feel ALONE or LOST? Start watching video’s in the Creative Journey. You will find the video that helps you the best.Keep breathing. No you’re not alone. Reach out in the Facebook group (or to me personally if you need help)

I know I'm creative but it's all over the place. How to use it in a way that is beneficial for my life and/or business.

  1. Start with the Creative Superheroes Toolkit
  2. Continue with The Creative Journey. Trust your intuition. You’ll find the elements that you need.
    Enjoinment and faith are key!
  3. Open up time in your schedule for art. Use the Monthly New Art Assignments in Free Your Happy Art. 
  4. Still al over the place? Ask for help in the Facebook group or reach out to me.

I find it hard to let go of my jealousy, what can I do?

Excellent question!

  1. Go to the Creative Journey and take the Jealousy lessons in the Acknowledge Module (the first Module)
  2. When you’ve done that ask your fellow students to share their feelings of jealousy (or ask me about it 🙂
  3. Once you’ve find the importance of Jealousy it’s easy to move forward.

  2. Every Month there are new assignments with a special section about art and artists in Free your Happy Art.

I find it hard to express myself (without feeling fake) what can I do?

  3. Reach out to the group (or to me) explain why you feel like this.

I want to get out of my head and into my senses. Where do I start?

Go to the Superheroes Toolkit and use your senses. Do it know. You get once you’ve there.

Meditation helps me to calm down. Where can I do that?

  2. There are mediations in the the Creative Journey, check them out. Trust you find the one you need.

The journey has a clear schedule, with 4 Modules. Here are all details.

TIME
– Anything between 1 Month and 1 Year. (when spending weekly 60 – 90 minutes here)
– Best way to start is at the first Module and take 7 or 14 days for each Module.
– Find Study Buddy if you want to finish.
– Coaching clients take the Journey with me.

MOOD
– Instead mood booster when you look at the videos and listen to the stories.

Very effective if you need clarity about yourself. It helps you to see past feelings like jealousy. Removes your inner clouds.
